Spring Workshop in Provence

with La Châtelaine Chocolat Owners - Named
“Best Chocolatiers/Confectioners in USA - 2013”

With La Chatelaine Chocolat owners, Wlady & Shannon Grochowski. Our 11-year-old chocolat shop was named “Best....” and we've been featured in national publications, such as Victoria Magazine and Food & Wine. Wlady is a native Parisian and Shannon just became a French dual-citizen. We've spent every summer in France with our children and recently lived in this magical village, while our two boys went to the local school to improve their French.

We're delighted to offer two more chocolate & French dessert workshop in France this Spring: May 14th-19th, 2019, and May 21st-26th

We'll stay in a quiet medieval village in the south of France, where the provençaux are full of life! We'll spend our days discovering and exploring this idyllic region. We will enjoy the scents, wine, food and sunshine, and you will learn hands-on how to make your very own box of chocolates and french tartlets. But it's more than a workshop. It's a week to live the French way with “savoir vivre” and carry these precious moments back home to inspire you life.

Our Chocolate in Provence Workshop includes the following:
